Here’s how you can provide the data: – Website link: The chatbot will scan all the links on your site and gather useful information for training (for example, support or pricing pages). – PDF file: You can upload a PDF and use it as a basis for training the chatbot. – Free text: You can manually enter information or knowledge that you usually share with your users and that isn’t available elsewhere.
